The one positive thing about having the tornado come thru. Nearly destroyed one large silver maple and severely damaged two others. Pruned the two damaged trees but with the exception of the trunk that didn't leave much. Tree specialist says both will recover in five years, just will mimimize the helicopters and fall leaves; both which are very good things. Would have removed them all and replanted something decent, but seriously considering relocating after fixing the damage and thoughts are it would bring more with big trees.
