We have been hitting it hard for the last two weeks. First getting all the fertilizer applied. Then the tillage and planting.
I planted mine first as that is the deal with the boys. I own the majority of the equipment so I chose when to plant mine.
I also only have a tenth of the acres they do any more any way. LOL Planted all of mine in two days.
My brother and my sons run together this year. They had two planter going 24/7 for the last 4-5 days. They got done just before Noon today. The light rains started just as they finished.
They will switch to soybeans later this week. It is supposed to be wet and cold for a few days.
We have only gotten 2-3 tenths of rain so far. Maybe will get some more Monday.
Also had my computer die. Power supply/transformer quit. Using the wife"s with windows 8 on it. I HATE IT!!!!!
I am not sure what I am going to get for another computer. May not replace mine. I have lots of projects to get done and wasting time on the computer is not helping. LOL
