Remember now, this wheat has an insurance claim on it....probably means he's got a really poor stand, so I doubt if he'll get much tonnage. The quality should be good but there isn't going to be much of it. Wheat makes good hay....to feed yourself. About the only time you can sell it is if no one else has any hay either. I"d spray it and save the organic matter and plant it to beans.
