ask around and find a pro familiar with the powerstroke. we had a problem with out 450 super duty wrecker, random loss of power. shut the truck off, restart, ran fine for days, then it would recurr. it went to two independant shops, and then the dealer. close to 10k later, the truck is still down. after each shop worked on it, new problems arose. now they say it probably needs injectors.
