I bought a portable roll - a - round Air conditioner while I waited for a new system to installed in my home last week. Just something to put in the bedroom to sleep at night. Open the box, & on top of the unit is a full size sheet of paper. It reads in huge letters... "If product does not work, DO NOT RETURN TO PLACE OF PURCHASE" Call 800 xxx xxxx. If You return an item that doesn't work; they put it into a system, & they can decide later not to buy anymore of the manufactures product. Most manufactures are scared to death of this. I made the decision if I plugged that $400 machine in, & it didn't work it was going straight back where I bought it! Menards has a problem there, & it is going to cost a lot more money in the long run. If You needed 10 other items; then You would have bought the 10 from another hardware that makes good keys!
