Don't know much about diabetes or dentures but cataract surgery is amazing. I did a quite a bit of worrying about that for nothing. First thing I noticed after was bark on trees, trees used to look like a big brown stick with a bush on top, now limbs and bark. Fences were just posts, now they got wire, amazing. Not much more discomfort after surgery than an eye lash in your eye for a day.
