I bought a Farmall 140 with a Woods 306L belly mower from RCM about 8 years ago on the bay with no issues. It was a state mowing tractor (still has the state equipment numbers) that he probably acquired at a surplus auction. It had a quick "fresh me up" red paint job and decals to improve its appearance but has been a great tractor over the years. It was delivered at a very low cost and I asked the trucker when be brought it why his rates were so low. He indicated RCM has a network of haulers heading back home empty having paid for their trips on their outbound hauls and just hauling on the way back home for expenses. There were a couple more tractors on the trailer when mine was dropped off on their way home a few hundred miles further west. In my experience dealing with RCM was a non-event and glad to have the tractor as it serves a real need around here keeping the place in shape, Hal.
