It sounds like you have liquid in one of the cylinders. When you said you shut it off one day then tried to start it one day how long was the period in between? You can loosen the injectors from the head, not the fuel lines, and if you have a way to turn the engine over by hand I mean like a flat head screwdriver at the ring gear it should force the water (most likely) out of that cylinder. Sounds like a bad head gasket or a cracked head.
