That is part of our issue is that with the shape of the field, when mowing you end up with turns that are sharper than 90 degrees...which I hate putting that much extra pressure on the pto joints of the haybines... so once we mow out the headlands we just mow straight back and forth... the V style hitch keeps us from single raking where we are against uncut grass and single raking the first windrow around a couple of odd shaped fields we have in back...all in all it doesnt save a huge amount of time...but any time saved is time saved...plus i like projects...
