Hi I think the motor you refer to is the same as the one princes auto sold in Canada a few years ago. You can buy the motor for less than Honda want for a muffler. Boss at the seed plant I worked at got one. By the first winters end it was being called a Conda. Its a cheap knock off, and didn"t start worth crap in the cold, and never seemed to be as good a motor, as the worn out proper Honda"s we used on the other 2 augers. Those were exactly the same spec augers and that Conda never had the same power moving grain. I would bet that motors in the junk and the mufflers on an original Honda, he still had now L.O.L
Might be a good cheap motor now, but from my messing around in the cold with it My extra cash would be with Honda for the extra quality. Regards Robert
