Where I live, farmers used to have cattle. To keep cows in, they all had fences. With fences you get trees and brush. Most farmers no longer have animals but they have trees growing in the old fence row next to fields that hit the equipment, not to mention trees shade the fields. So farmere are paying taxes on land that won't grow anything because of the shade.
In many cases, if the fences hadn't been there in the first place, the trees wouldn't have grown there.
I'm sure the good trees may be turned into fire wood. Most saw mills won't want a tree that may have fence wire in it.
Don't this machine will chew up a big tree.
Keep in mind some people living off the grid has to have some kind of heat.
