I still like to try to get to Billy Rays every now and then just for the nostalgia. My parents picture was hung in the dinning area before the fire burnt the first Billy Rays up.

But, I can make the best replica of the original 'Pool Room" burger you have ever eaten. I usually make them about once a week..you want the recipe?
