i havent found one in 12 years, there was a man on a station up in albuquerque nm, that was acurate about 90% of the time, since im 200 miles away from there i found that if i allow 3 to 4 hours difference in time it worked pretty good, he was a old man of course who knew what he was doing after a lifetime of doing it, he retired and i havent found another either offline or online thats even close to accurate, good thing i dont raise hay, id never make it
