Yeah it is fine for the guy who repairs radiators. The minerals in most tap water build up inside the tubes in the radiator and eventually block it off enough that replacement or repair is needed.
Rust is not the issue. no difference in rust issues whether using distilled or tap water.
On the dehumidifier water. Just filter it well because various other particles in the air get into it.
