Ya,IHRed lives up in the far end of the county and he says they're offering the same thing up there. This guy told me that they didn't necessarily have to drill on me,but they'd pay if they were pulling it out from under me. That's better than what one of'em told me several years ago when he wanted me to lease. He just said "fine,if we drill on somebody else close by,we can just pull it out from under you and not pay you a cent.". This might be one of those times to just take it as found money and be real happy with it.
