1938. Does it have the late steering wheel, like an H or M, along with foot brakes instead of hand brakes ? New tires. They are expensive. Middle buster. Not used here in Ohio, but I would think rare to a collector. Loader. Homemade ? If factory do you have a Brand ?
Pictures, if available, would help to determine value.
If good restoration with foot brakes, starter, late steering wheel, new tires, nice loader etc., I would probably say it could be worth $2000 plus.
