glennster, If I needed one, I would make one using a 33 inch snapper deck and install a 30 inch blade. Put wheels and hitch on it. Then install a vertical shaft engine. I got an 10 hp engine with electric start and a craftsman riding mower, minus the rear end which was bad, for $25 off cragslist.
With the used parts I have, bet I could build one for the price of a snapper deck. Why snapper, because they use a heavy single blade and a strong deck. george
