Ebay DOES NOT PROTECT SELLERS AT ALL. I have been selling on ebay for 6 years. If the buyer complains about any thing the seller is out. Even when the seller is 100% right and the buyer is 100% wrong the seller still looses.
Buyers DO NOT READ ITEM DESCRIPTIONS they just look at the photos and then complain when the item comes and it's not what they thought it was. Ebay is changing the buyer protection again and it will not be good for buyers. I think ebay will be loosing a lot of the smaller sellers that can't afford the return shipping on returned items.
The shipping calucator is way off. You have to add a handling fee if you want the shipping price to be any where correct.
You are better off using flat rate boxes as much as you can.
