Sale price was $1500. Texter: I have $900. Me: Great. You can buy an $900 motorcycle.
And of course you have the no-shows, and the guys who can't be bothered with driving 40 minutes to look at what you're selling. But sometimes the most off-the-wall buyers turn out to be legit. I ended up selling the Virago to a Canuck with a Russian accent from Toronto. Toronto is four hour drive away! He turned out to be a great guy and wanted that particular bike for his wife.
