Some years ago, I had an auto repair shop in a little village in upstate NY. One day there was a fire that destroyed the shop (4 doors from the "volunteer" fire house). There was a write up about it in the local papers. 1) They got the address wrong. 2) They misspelled the business name. 3) They misspelled my name. 4) They gave my age wrong. The only FACT that they got right was that there was a fire.
The moral: Don't believe everything that you read in the paper. Nobody takes the time to verify what are loosely called "facts." I see a lot of loose talk about "woulda," "shoulda," "coulda" but so far, little in the way of actual facts. An investigation _should_ bring out the truth. Until then, I will not express an opinion as to guilt or innocence of the shooter. Nor will I consider the deceased a "victim" until it is proven that he was indeed a victim. Just being dead does not make him a victim - especially if bad behavior is the reason for being dead.
