There is fellow just south of me that is a dealer. He has had good luck with them. I think they are the upper end of the cheaper imports.
As for that 4500 for $6800. That seems like a real good deal if it just has 360 hours. I looked online and there where several for sale. The cheapest one was advertised for $9500.
So with some attachments that seems very reasonable. If it is in your price range and you have driven it an liked it, I would buy it.
Truthfully it will not have the lugging engine like your 8N but it will be nicer with PS and live PTO. Plus the diesel engine would be much nicer than a older gas engine as far as ease of operation.
