Either way. Ebay has calculators built in that will figure the cost for you. But you can opt out of those. One thing you will find is that if you purchase your shipping through Ebay you get a commercial discount. With the Post Office it's the same discount at ALL online purchasers get. With UPS it's the discount that commercial shippers get. You will learn as you go along. And yes, ebay get a commission (10%) on your listed shipping s well as the "final value fee" If you have a heavy item that you know will be expensive to ship in relation to what the item may bring then you list it as "pick up only" You can still make shipping arraignments with the purchaser later.
