We had one of those and two 1210's.The 10 series had mechanical shutoffs but the 20 series had an electric solenoid for the shutoff.Make sure you hear it click when you turn the key on.Had the misfortune of running all out of fuel at least once(sons and hired help) ,but never had to bleed the injectors to get them to start.That's not to say you won't have to if it's sat for a while
First take the filter off and turn on the valve to see if you have flow.If it's sat awhile it might be stiff.Be careful because it is pot metal and will break.Look to see if the o ring has a flat spot on it.You might have to replace it.Change the paper filter and make sure the bowl is clean.The fine threads on the collar and base will strip pretty easy so be careful.
Loosen the bleed screw at the pump and let it flow till all the bubbles are gone.If I remember right it's a 12mm.Light the glow plugs and open the throttle all the way and strart crankin.Like someone else said NO ETHER.
The only problem with those tractors was they got hot easy.Keep the grill clean.Good Luck.
