Take compressed air and blow all the water out you can. Pour some antomatic transmission oil and pentrating oil down cyclinders and let it set a couple days Then try to rock tractor back and forth while trans is in hi gear or take starter off and try to turn flywheel with a bar back and forth. How long was tractor setting?
