I have a 1947 D2 cat I have used for years and it has paid for it self many times. The engines both run fine as I have rebuilt the pony just a few years back and it is in great shape. Clutches etc are good with exception of the rail and final drive sprocket on 1 side. I lost the Radiator cap so rain and snow got in and now the Radiator needs to be repaired as well. The pump pressure gauge gave up a while back as well. The engine, clutches and gearboxes are strong. I am willing to part with it for a good offer.
