The tractor is a Long model 445 with a 1529 engine in it. The tractor was made by UTB/Universal Company in Brasov, Romania. It was sold in the US by Long and was painted blue. They where also sold as Universal/UTB in many parts of the world and are painted Orange and blue.
Some of the parts are common with some models of Fiat tractors. Long as a company is dead and gone. They changed hands several times and ended up as Farmtrac out of India. That stopped as a US company in 2008.
In general parts are not simple to find but by looking under UTB/Universal and Fiat you can get most of the more common stuff.
Here is a picture of one with the same head lights yours has. They changed the grille and headlight location during the production. I think yours is actually an older one. The newer models had a more rounded grille and the head lights where on the side of the tractor.
