On the sides of my newer trailer, were amber side marker lights on the front of each side and red at the rear of each side. It is a 16 foot with a 4 ft beaver tail. There is not a second amber light at the mid point of each side, but it did have reflective tape along the length of the trailer. I removed it to paint the trailer. If I buy and install this DOT approved tape to the sides of the trailer, do I NOT need this second amber light on the trailer? Thank you SDE
