If I had a short term cash flow and needed fuel to bring the crops in, I would consider using my Bank of America credit card.
I have enough money in the bank to cover all my credit cards, which are set up on auto pay. I use my BOA card like a debit card. When the bill is due, BOA does an auto pay from my checking. I've never paid interest, never paid a late fee either. It pays me 3% back on gas purchases, which is one of my major expenses. I think in the past 10 months I've earned about $150 in 3% rebate money.
So get a credit card, buy fuel the day you need it, harvest crop, and pay off credit card in full when you get paid for your crops.
I run my small business on credit cards which are all auto paided. I make money using my credit cards. I have sears, lowes, menards, BOA, and mastercard. I make hundreds using all credit cards as if they were debit cards. Rarely write a check. And again, I HAVE NEVER PAID A LATE FEE, OR PENNY ONE ON INTEREST. george
