You know, it is kind of a funny topic.. In my town, Sandpoint ID there is a "Pape'" JD Dealer. North of Sandpoint in Bonners Ferry, there is another JD Dealer, same owner, "Pape'". Along with a NH/Kubota dealer.
Everyone around here has a good selection of colors, but I don't know a farmer that will buy something, or have something repaired at the local JD Dealer, they take/get everything from the Bonners store??
BF is much more of a farming town, mostly grain, while Sandpoint is more just personal hay, and cows. But, even I prefer the BF store, just nicer people, and believe it or not, the John Deere Mechanics there ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT... The ones local, just like to baffle you with BS then sell you what you don't need...
