I was a DOT cop for the last 6 years of my 22 year career with the NYSP. Working with truckers was a welcome relief from shagging complaints, believe me. I found 99% of truckers, the pro's, to be way above the average cut and pleasure to deal with. The cowboys that had the ink still wet on their B or A license, the guys that were obviously in the wrong and knew it, the "I been doing this way for years and nothing happened" crowd and of course the ya-hoos from Fla and other states where forged licenses were easy to get...well, those guys give the rest a bad name. The worst people to deal with were local or semi local idiots that knew they were int he wrong, unsafe and thought the law just wasn't going to apply to them.
