Square D makes a similar one but with feed through lugs. This means you can feed a 200 amp line out the bottom using the 200 amp main breaker to protect it and still have the 8 spots for other breakers. Milbank makes some similar but with a built in meter socket, if your electrical company does not provide them. I personally like the knife switch generator transfer switch that our power company sells. It has lugs for 4 outputs on each leg and still has the manual generator switch.
