WHAT YOU CALL A LINER IS FOR water cans!!! They look the same but the cap is usually bigger and is a latch type not a screw cap. When new the epoxy is a creamy white color. My buddy has all kinds of military vehicles and stuff. I have a boat load of Eagle saftey cans with the explosion screens in them. Love them and have no problems. Pick almost all of them up at the two local flee markets for good prices. A few weeks ago out at the Hershey car show I got a 5 gallon for $ 5.oo. It was almost BRAND new!! Just a little faded paint.
