looks like it may be the same as a belarus 250. or try T 25 traktor in your searches. if it is its dead simple to work on/use once you figure out the shifting sequence. I think manuals are available from this site for the belarus 250. there should be a decompressor on it.set the throttle about half get the engine spinning and disengage the decompressor. make sure there is oil in the injector pump.
