air cleaner is clean it has the mushroom cap on it also the tractor has been sitting in a climate controlled garage. I did clean the jets out used carb cleaner and everything is free flowing when sprayed with carb cleaner. I drained the fuel tank of the old gas in there filled it with new and even cleaned the screen on the fuel bowl out cleaned the fuel line. for some reason its just not getting fuel in the cylinders. and when i sprayed starting fluid on the air cleaner it ran nothing shot out the exhaust pipe so i know that that is clean and free. so for some reason its not getting fuel. i put all new gaskets in the carb as well so theres no chance of it getting air in the carb other than through the air cleaner. What doesn't make since to me is when i pull start it it runs only because the engine is spinning fast enough but the throttle level you can open it wide open or shut it and it doesnt make a difference. also you can put the kill switch off and still no difference it still half @$$ runs. i know for sure its in time no plug wires are on wrong.
