This Allied blower can be set up for Cat 1 or Cat 2 hitches. For cat 1 the lower link ball is between the ears. With the lynch pin in place the larger diameter of the pin holds the ball to the inside. Should the ball be on the outside for a cat 2 setup? If it's between it would need some kind of spacer on the inside to keep he pin in place. Buehler owns Allied now and I couldn't get an answer from them.
