Friend and coworker owns several gravel pits, some youngsters were tresspassing on fourwheelers. Girl was hurt riding over stockpile of material, they had no case as NY has newer law protecting landowners. I don't know details of the law. Some states have such laws to promote tourism, hunting, hiking ect to help fuel the economy whiling protecting landowners.
