John, As Mark Said! Keep every thing in prospective, the Glass is half Full. You have a son and daughter to walk with you in this journey! You have at least 1 tractor, think of the possibilities of new acquisition along the way, and New friends to be made!! I have been to your humble hamlet... Manchaca, TX, pronounced(Man-Shack) is a special community Just south of Austin. With a few some what regional famous Celebrities that live there. Bet You as I remember when Austin was the best kept secret around, easy to get around before the traffic got so terribly bad. Summers at Barton Springs pool, I took swimming lessons at Deep Eddy pool, Austin Aqua Festival, being able to drive up Congress Ave to see the christmas Lights, Circle the Capital and go south down Congress ave back to where you started, the Zilker Tree, Eating at Christies Sea Food restaurant there by Town Lake! the Night Hawk, The Broken Spoke!!!!! Maybe I made you smile I Hope So! Spent Lots of time as a kid growing up with Grand mother and cousins in the summers and any free time we could get here, learning Austin, and having fun! There are many Tx YTs around & will visit most any time you like put my # in you phone if you like, 512-577-3837 Later, John A.
