Partially. VA means tested my Dad, served in Korea, has too many assets so they won't pay for hearing aids, dentures, some meds, etc. We pulled him out of the VA system. Those government employees are apathetic and just flat don't care. Final straw was when we couldn't find Dad in the hospital. I had dropped him off in am and went back after lunch. No record of him being admitted. I was there and helped him get admitted. System caught up with him the next day and I "found" him.
