The 16 should not be a problem no matter what, The 8 is overkill. Should be able to do at least 9. I would look at bifold or single piece swing up. Will be more expensive, but if you need the height you need the height. You could not give me slidning doors on a building the I need to get into in the winter. I know, I have several that came with sliders when I bought this place. They will be gone soon.
