I have a 14' x 10' roll up door on my new shop. Takes just a little space in the overhead. Takes less than 10 seconds to roll it up or down and chain it into place using my arms and a loop of chain. Very little effort required either way. I have sliding doors on my other shop, they are a pain in the butt compared to the roll up door.
