It's an non-issue here. We don't have the drought laden climate that you guys in Western Mo and Kansas do. As for nutrient value... Only the universities in Kansas and Missouri are able to come up with the negative info on Sericea. Universities in Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi cant find all that bad stuff while testing. The proof is in the pudding. Animals do very well on the hay and it does a good job of preventing erosion on highly weathered soils that cant sustain anything else.
