I have a 2003 Dodge Stratus that is in operation for about 12 years and still has the original battery. It is under the L front fender and I never checked it my self and I am not sure if it gets checked when it is serviced. Perhaps the fact that it has only 46 ,000 miles on it and is in the garage most of the time has something to do with it. Keeping my fingers crossed.
