I don't think that's what he's referring to. He's referring to the liability of selling what some consider to be a dangerous piece of equipment (tractor, dirt bike....ECT) to someone legally a minor without a parent or guardian there to actually make the deal. I hadn't thought of that but it could put a seller in a legal bine should the under age person be injured or killed on it. I know I darn sure would sell a gun to anyone not legally old enough to buy it, car, tractor truck ECT would fall into the same category.
You seem like a good kid but a few of your post lately makes me thing that you are starting to get a big head. That's understandable. Most kids your age are not doing a darn thing. But it can bite you in the backside if you start feeling superior! Think of it like this, lot of kids sense 9/11, who never did anything in their lives compared to what you have, at 18 joined the military knowing full well they would get sent "in harms way". 100% volunteers! Not saying you need to join the military here. I'm saying look at what they did. Now look at what you are doing. Sure you should be proud of yourself. But try putting it into perspective.
