This is my mother (youngest girl) with her three sisters, taken at their farm in Ohio in the mid-20's. My grandfather always gave the girls those "bowl over the head" haircuts while my grandmother supervised.
The woman is their Aunt Mary, married to my grandmother's brother. They moved to Oklahoma and owned had a refrigerated warehouse next to the rail line. That was a big deal in those days because storing fresh produce hadn't been possible before. They bought a new car every couple of years and drove back to Ohio from Oklahoma to visit.
