Had one for 10 yrs. and it worked great for two Jack Russels. Lightning struck a tree about 4'from the buried wire and it traveled thru the wire to well pipe then into the house and did $4,000 in damage. Luckily Ins. was fast and paid for all damage. The picture is of the well and the 2 ditches caused by the lightning the 2 wires made a loop that stopped 2' from the house and passed 3' from the well.
