There is not supposed to be very much pressure there. keep in mind that in pretty much all overhead valve engines that the oil to the rocker arms passes through the camshaft to get there and the passage lines up for only about 1/8 of a revolution. thi greatly reduces both flow and pressure, compared to the rest of the system
I understand that but bolth rocker arms were barley wet with oil and had hardly any drain back just worring me doesn't seem sufficient enough. Ive read about cam bearing problems but this engine has been rebuilt a while ago by a previous owner
