In the last year or so I was at sale barn, ready to load my purchases. Another guy, had bought a small calf or two, drove up in an old van with the rear seats out. Had a divider behind the front seats. loaded the calves in there. They were out of the weather and the vah had to be cheaper than a truck and trailer.
When I was a small boy, Daddy bought a small calf. We went and picked it up in the 1940 Ford, loaded it in the trunk with some burlap bags. Only a slight clean up to do. For those of you not familar with a 1940 Ford, they have a very small trunk.
