That is most likely an IH 100 balanced head mower...trailer type. Excellent unit but head can be expensive to have repaired. I paid $85 for mine in good useable shape. Saw one sell for over $500 two weeks prior in untested condition. It is worth the risk at around $200. I would buy that if you have need of one. They are about as good as it gets in an old mower.
