Yes, but there's getting to be less and less of them. In the past 10 years, half a dozen of those places around here have been cleaned up, either by auction or by a scrapper coming in. The old "dollar men" are dying off and their "treasures" are getting carted off for a lot less than they would have gotten if they hadn't let 'em rot for 25 years. But, it IS their stuff and their property. As long as the stuff isn't causing a public nuisance, it'll stay 'til they die.
