I have and will pray for you and your co-workers. I hope a strike is unncessary.As pointed out with the current situation with oil/petroleum prices it may not be the best time to strike and your union may be playing into managements hands in a way if they strike. I would also say I am sorry to see so many people here responded to your request for prayer with an anti-union post . There is good and bad in unions but a union is made up of people and there is good and bad in people too.
